SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from J&J Global Enterprise, Inc. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, or product availability.
Payment must be authorized and processed before an order can be fulfilled.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Customers may request cancellation within 15 minutes after placing an order, subject to the order’s fulfillment status. After the 15-minute cancellation window has passed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or changed before processing or shipment.
If we cancel or materially change an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided with your order.
Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Shipping and delivery times provided through the Services are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer, or events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare, cosmetics, and other personal care products that have been opened, used, tested, or have a broken or removed seal are not eligible for return unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For eligible returns that are not the result of our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Products specifically designated as Final Sale and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Sales and purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and J&J Global Enterprise, Inc., not Shopify.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for products purchased from us or for claims arising from transactions between you and J&J Global Enterprise, Inc.
